My original exhaust system is starting to rattle and needs replacing. I’m looking for recommendations for a decent quality replacement that isn’t too noisy ( no desire to be a boy racer) it is an automatic so not too droney either. Either mild steel or stainless. I’m assuming an after market from Kwikfit will be a bit pants.

MX5parts sell Bosal pattern exhausts. They are fine.

An exhaust from Kwik Fit etc will also be fine. They’ll be using Timax etc. As you have an Automative, the standard mid-pipe for a Mk2.5 won’t fit.
