Raffle ticket question

20.044 raffle tickets were sold since the launch of the raffle in May to September, when it ended at Mallory Park. Legitimate expenses have to be deducted from that amount and considering not all of them are in yet, it was decided to give the charity an intitial sum £13.000 with the view to giving them a balancing cheque, once all monies are verified.

I also had donations sent to me for the charity and these will be passed on to H4H. Of course this is in addition to the £20.044.00 raised by the sale of raffle tickets

There are very strict rules cncerning the raffle and deductions, the most you can take off for expenses is 55% . Our deductions fall well short of that so far.
