Rear Shock bushing

Does anybody know the name of this bushing and where I can get one? Cannot budge this so will need to cut off and replace - thanks all

Thanks everyone - just ordered these - car currently dropped 30mm at the front until I can get the rears done with the new bushes. Hot Rod baby!
