Hi buddy, I own a mk2.5 Euphonic, I had the same issue. I’m in the enviable position to own my own engineering company that specialises in break down repairs, I have a great mechanic who informed me that the problem was the camber adjustment bolt on the rear bottom suspension arm. He tightened up the bolt and, believe it or not, the problem was solved. You need to put a spanner on the adjuster side( towards the back of the car) and asocket on the front to stop the adjuster marker moving. I’m not saying this is your problem, but it does sound very close. Let me know what happens.i was convicted at one point, that my exhaust was banging when I went over a bump was the issue.
