In tomorrow at local dealer for Traction Control software update and two clips to be fitted.

What year/model do you have?

I’ve read recently about a recall which I believe could include my car, ND1 late 2015. I’m the recent 2nd owner, so presumably they’ll get to me if needed at some point.

Is this the recall

If so, I thought it only applied to later cars.

There were no recalls for ND1, plenty of TSB’s which won’t be free any more.

There is currently a recall for 1.5 litre NDs produced between 2015 & 2018 which involves replacing a high pressure fuel pipe. Owners should be notified during December. This recall will be carried out free of charge to customers.

If you have a 1.5 litre ND and the last 6 digits of your VIN are 307165 or lower, then it will be an affected vehicle.

@Oyster_Town1 Your recall sounds like the “Traction/Stability light may fail to illuminate” recall, for ND with last 6 digits of the VIN between 700001 & 708559 inclusive. Work time is about an hour and a half, but the dealer may require the car for longer.

Thanks Robbie, I was unsure what it was for but remember it was for early ND1’s. Seems mine is one that should be recalled going on that VIN range of numbers.

Thank you Robbie, the receptionist said I could wait for it so fingers crossed!

That’s why it wasn’t on Miata.net!

Hey had mine done on Tuesday. Took about 4 hours or so. Not too long , expect half a day.

Had mine done a few weeks back, took about 4 hours. 2025 ND3 Exclusive Line.
