Yes, and as a paid member you would not pay any extra to advertise your car.
Only non club members would pay to advertise their car to a very focused audience.

@reggie747 - Sign up as a Club Member, then as one of the many benefits… you can advertise for free

Membership is not for everyone for a variety of reasons [for example I know of one poster who I value greatly is not a member because he’s a member of several clubs and the fees can mount up !]
Key point here is non members can advertise to a ‘very focused audience’ 
and my personal view is this fee prevents the site being abused by disingenuous [if that is the right word?] sellers thus admin is keeping us safe
