Recommendations for 4 wheel alignment near Derby

Hi all

I fancy getting my ND 2.0 wheel alignment checked but get the impression that some places are better than others. Do you guys have any recommendations near Derby or Stoke where they specialise in getting MX5’s bob on?

Difficult question to answer- Previous known alignment centers for MX5’s series NA’s and NB/NBFL are around, but the NC has a different rear suspension, and I’m not sure any can handle it, it looks more complicated to me. Only answer to this is - check with your dealer, and ask them where they send RX8’s and NC’s to, for alignment checks? They must know, secret is if they’ll tell you. A google search tells me nothing, more cars for sale than alignment centers. Closest place I found - Roddisons, near Doncaster. Paul is an MX5 expert, he also races in the series, so no-one better qualified than he to check your car.

I take mine up to Roddisons nr Meadowhall Sheffield from Derby, best place.

Hi

I use Mike at Thrussington Garage ( East Goscote ) which is just off the A46 for all MX5 issues. He carried out a full alignment on my Eunos and knows these cars inside out. He’s reliable and honest too, which always helps. Not that far from you ?
