So, just to check you’re saying the attached photo is actually two seperate pulleys that are rust welded together?
And undoing the crank bolt should release them both?
(as an aside, you can see in the top left of the image the missing chunk I mentioned).
In terms of space (presuming you meant to give myself more room), the main issue I’ve been having is the black metal bar (strut brace?) that’s fouling the new breaker bar I bought from fitting on the crank bolt:
