Replacing near side wing mirror

  1. My model of MX-5 is: _NC3.5 2010 anniversary model _
  2. I’m based near: Hyde Manchester
  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: __ Removing passenger door trim to install new wing mirror. Haynes repair manual has the upper end of the door pull having a trim cap giving access to the screw. My car has a different door pull with no trim cap. I therefore cannot get to the screw and remove the trim.

On the NC2 the whole front of the door pull is the cap (not the brushed ali trim) , prise it off.
