I am starting this topic for Jenny and Dave Broughton who have kindly offered to add a little something different to our calendar of events and this will replace our usual first Sunday of the month drive in November. The meeting point (which they hope to arrange so we can have a coffee before the start) will be advised nearer the time. They will arrange a drive to the car park for the main event, a three hour cruise on the river Trent with lunch. More information can be found via www.trentcruising.com.
So, the boat is now booked for the 13th November, so far they have 36 people saying they will be going, the maximum numbers are for 50 people so only 14 places left!!
The cost will £20 per person, all money’s to be payed in full by the 27th of October please as they have to pay for the boat by the end of October. You can pay Jenny and Dave at any of the meetings before the end of October.
