The new 2013-14 Race Car
I was over the moon to be asked to a
photo shoot with the new car prior to its unveiling at the Blyton Trackday a couple of weeks ago! Here are the results from the photo shoot:

It’s a MAX5 Racing car, so the standard 2.0L engine and gearbox remains fitted.
Paul has built the car (and many others) from the ground up, so he’s pretty familiar with the MX5 to say the least. See the Roddison Motorsport website for more info
Keep up to date with my camera work and give my facebook page
a like, I’m forever taking photos of Mazda’s be it still shots like
this, or following the MAX5 Racing Championship - so chances are you’ll
like it
Hope you like the shots!

Cracking photo’s and the car’s a bit gorgeous!
Fantastic shots and what a great looking car.
Cracking photo’s of two beautiful race cars
Anyone that visited the Blyton 1-3 event two weekends ago will have seen the car in the flesh.
And it isn’t just very (very) pretty, it’s PDQ too!
For the traditionalists, don’t think of this as a copy of the Mk 1 Le Mans, more a modern Mk 3.5 take on a classic look and (IMHO) it works perfectly.
Paul and the MaX5 Racing guys will be at Anglessey Circuit (Trac Mon or Ty Croes to some) over the weekend 20/21 July for a double-header. If you find yourself at a loose end please come along, on Sunday we’re joined by the Wales Air Ambulance and our own Grid Girls…but the racing actually starts Friday night when we all get together in Caernarfon for a spot of Go-Karting at Redline in Caernarfon, again, all welcome.
Both Alan (Locke-alike) and myself will be out on track too, Al in his Mk3, me in the Air Ambulance-liveried Mk1.
Hope to see some familiar faces
