Hi everyone, just to let everyone know, there is a run on Sunday the 17th of February, meet up at 10.30am at The Goytre Arms, NP4 0AH, then onto Abergavenny, onto the Hereford road then up to Llanthony Abbey.

Quick stop then up and over Hay Bluff via Capel-y-Ffin, and down to Hay and back to The Goytre Arms for Sunday Lunch, sounds like a plan!!!

Please let me know who is coming and how many are interested in Sunday Lunch, cheers, Richard and Angela Jones.

I won’t be on the run but will  turn up for lunch, Richard says they should be back for 2:35 approx.

Thanks for arranging the run, Rich & Angela. Excellent route and a great welcome. Thoroughly enjoyed the day out.
