My 2014 NC recently had its gold service which identified some rust issues. Specifically the anti roll bar, the links for it, the rear axel and surrounding suspension.
Can anyone recommend someone in or around the Manchester area who may be able to treat the issues and treat the under body to prevent any more issues in future? I think the Mazda dealership would just replace entire parts which would cost more and hopefully not be necessary.

As those are heavy mechanical parts, not bodywork, it is likely that the rust on them is just cosmetic. The rust that causes issues is on the unibody, where the metal is only a few millimetres thick but it’s structural. Unfortunately the bits that go first on an NC are covered by the plastic side skirts, unlike on an NA or NB, where the external signs are obvious to anyone who can be bothered to look up at the sills.
My NC is a year older but it has had a fairly sheltered life!
