I’m looking for a rust proofing specialist that is not too far away from me. I live in North London and would be ok to travel a bit.
Does anyone know anywhere that does this work? I heard of Rustmaster in Hatfield but their number seems to be dead.

I live further from them than you do I should think - I took it on a Monday and picked it up on Friday. Train tickets booked in advance were cheap.

I visited MX5restorers in Eastbourne a few weeks ago.
Gave me sufficient confidence that I’ve booked my mk2.5 in for a full underseal in mid-Aug.
As mentioned, you need to leave it with them for roughly a week as they give it a major clean (including wire wool), let it dry, underseal it, then let that harden. Cost for mine will be £360.
Thanks. Actually the mx5 restorer is my favourite choice and I have read their website thoroughly. I was just trying to see if there was anything more local. But tbh i would prefer to go there as they know the car exactly. Also, I believe they use the best products for the job according to what their website says. I will check out train tickets as 360 all in is good if u ask me.
