Looks fairly typical, A1 and U1 scratches and dings, usual stuff. But then check that C2 damage. C2 is a rust hole. This car was somehow graded by USS as a 4, but it has a rotten sill.
In the auction sheet, check the drawing, which highlights the damage around the Car. “A” denotes a scrach (the number is the severity). U is a dent. Marked by the drivers side rear wheel is C2. This means severe rust, and someone has scribbled some kanji along side it, to indicate the severe rust is a hole.
Anyone looking at fresh imports, or looking to import a car; keep an eye out. Usually cars with rust would be downgraded to 2 or less. But this one is a 4. 10 years ago, a grade 4 Eunos Roadster would b a really nice car. All I can think is because, from first glance, that this car looks really nice, its kept its points.
