S shaped IAC - throttle body hose

Car suddenly started reving irregularly, which when i disgnosed pointed to an issue with the MAF, but on inspection i found the S shaped hose that comes off the air intake to the IAC/throttlebody was split.

Im now having difficulty purchasing a replacement, unless i buy a complete new hose set. Any advice appreciated.

This bit:

13-765A?

If so, the part number is B61R-13-765

Try Mazda or google the part number

Here is a tip; go to Mazda dealer, with your VIN. If its an import, the part can be ordered post free, you just collect from the dealer. Looks like the hose is still widely available from Mazda.

In the meantime, RTV silicone it for now.

Looks like a small internal diameter hose which could be replaced with a length of ordinary automotive hose provided you can route it in such a way that it doesn’t kink or foul on anything. At least until you can get a replacement…

Self amalgamating tape will sort that out until you can get another hose.
I have repaired coolant hoses with it and it has lasted many months/miles without leaking again.

Normally available at halfords

OR toolstation
