Sanspeed, EcuTek tuning, anyone used them?

Hello good people of the MX5 forum,

I have my skuzzle intake, cobalt backbox and will be getting the Racing Beat race manifold 4-1. (Will keep the standard mid section)

I wanted to get the ECU tuned to make the most of the mods and wondered if anyone had used Sanspeed for their tuning? They do a pro ecu option which is £600, this with the EcuTek licence, they do quite a few options for MX5 MK3, they are only 10 miles away from me.

The other tuners that are close to me are AbbeyMotorSport.

Any reason not to go EcuTek? Seems like it’s the only option if you wanted a custom tune? Does anyone use the auto blip feature, my heel toe isn’t great and auto blip sounds like fun.

I gave AbbeyMotorSport a call and they said for £510 they will tune the car via ecutek on the rolling road.

Cheaper than sanspeed by £90, going to see what Abbey can do for headers and installation, see if they can make it worth while that I won’t need to source my own and install things myself.
