The final format for the Tours at our Spring Rally
have been settled.
The Flyer for this Tour is available in the Download Area of the
Website [ see links at the top of this page].
I have tried to give as many different options with the 5 x
Tours to enable Members to plan their weekend according to their journey time/
accommodation location and whether you are coming to the Hoppers Supper on the
Saturday evening.

If you have any queries

Scotney Castle & Tunbridge
Wells.

Please note :

For
logistical reasons, all runs on 21 May at the Spring Rally weekend except
Tour A
, are self Navigated. Further outline route information and a map
are shown below, which we hope will provide you with sufficient information to
plan your day out. 

Description of this Tour. 

Please
make your own way to Scotney
Castle, to start your day
out. National Trust Scotney Castle is free entry to National Trust Members with
your NT Membership Card. Opening
times are from 1100hrs.  Visit Tunbridge
Wells in the afternoon, but allow time to find the Pay and Display Car Parks in
town, as Tunbridge Wells is normally busy on a Saturday.

Don’t
forget to allow time to return to your chosen overnight accommodation and the
Coach Pick up times to return to the Hop Farm in time for the Rally Dinner,
which starts at 1830hrs at the Dray Ballroom, in the Hop Farm complex.

enjoy your day out in the Garden of England, exploring this scenic and
delightful area in the South East Region.

Suggested Itinerary.

 

1100hrs - Arrive National Trust
Scotney Castle.  Explore the Castle & Gardens, have a picnic
or lunch in the Tea Room.

1330hrs
- Depart Scotney &
drive 10 miles to Tunbridge Wells.

1400hrs - Arrive in Tunbridge Wells – Pay
and Display Car Parking at various locations – see below.   

1600hrs - Depart Tunbridge Wells and
return to your chosen overnight accommodation.
