Two Coaches will be at the Hilton for 17.45 to depart no later than 18.00.
One will go direct to Hop Farm, the other will be going via The Holiday Inn.
Could people staying at The Holiday Inn please be ready in the lounge area for 18.00 as the coach will leave the Hilton when half full and so could be leaving there before 18.00. Hopefully it will be at The Holiday Inn by 18.15
The bar opens at 18.30.
Andy and I will be at The Holiday Inn to make sure all from there get on coach and Sarah, Martyn, Paul and Jenny are at Hilton so either one of them or someone they nominate will check everyone on at the Hilton.
For the return leg, the coaches will be at the Hop Farm from 23.30 and will depart as soon as everyone on board - NB One coach will be going direct to Hilton and the other via The Holiday Inn to Hilton so if you are staying at The Holiday Inn please make sure you are on the right coach as it is a long walk from the Hilton to The Holiday Inn!!!
