Just following on from Jills comments, its a Pie and Pea Supper, (with chips if required), its not the four course, fill you up, type evening meal we enjoyed so much at Mallory,
Lesley and I will be having a light tea before leaving home for The Beauchief
If you want a mid afternoon snack, the Beauchief Hotel does lite snacks in the bar
There are also number of ‘two for a tenner’ type pubs within a 5 minute drive of the Beauchief, (or the Sheffield Park Hotel) including a Wetherspoons.
The ‘Pubs’ and postcode S8 or S7 will bring them up on Yell.com.
Within walking distance Millhouses Park Cafe, has an excellent reputation see http://www.millhousesparkcafe.co.uk/, its open until 5pm each day.
