Does anyone have a scorpion exhaust fitted to their nc? I’ve had scorpion before and was impressed with the quality and longevity but wondered if anyone has the system fitted, what they think of the sound etc. Will need a 2.5" exhaust to go to stage 2 turbo eventually but concerned that the lack of a centre Resonator might make it a bit loud.

I have one from the cat back. Love it. The perfect compromise for a road car.
Quiet when pottering around town but fruity when giving it some beans.
Also, no tiresome drone during motorway trips.
Only been on the car for 2 years but looks and feels like a quality item. I am certain it will outlast the car
I would recommend.

Had mine three or four years now, Absolutely spot on sound. Hardly louder than standard on a cruise but lovely under acceleration and of course a bit of pop and crackle when decelerating, especially with a blip 
Great system in my opinion.

Hi Steve, afraid not. I haven’t given he car much attention for a while as I’m busy doing stuff to our house. I do plan on getting one eventually as it’s good value for a system that replaces the whole lot from the downpipe back - and I’ve had their exhausts before and the quality is great. If you get one before I do please share your thoughts.

Hi, yes got one a few years ago. Brilliant piece of kit. Deleted second cat and mid resonator box. Lovely sound but not at all droney on a cruise. Good pops and crackles on the overrun but not too boy racer or false. Passes mot for the last 5 years since I’ve had it no problem.

Hi Dean, just to let you know I recently bit the bullet and got myself a Scorpion exhaust. I can only agree with Marc, it’s a brilliant bit of kit that I would highly recommend. Like he said it’s not too loud at all and I’ve noticed no drone whatsoever. I would describe it as the perfect OEM+ exhuast. Driven gently it’s a very subtle difference to stock which tbh is exactly what I wanted, I’m no boy racer these days. To sum up it looks good, sounds good and is lovely quality, I’m very happy with it!

No problem Dean. Yeah I know what you mean, mine hasn’t had anything like the use I’ve wanted or it deserves due to other commitments but hopefully I can start to rectify that now. Having said that I’ve quietly been getting it how I wanted it since buying it a couple of years ago. I’ve given it a thorough rust protection underneath, lowered it with new shocks and springs, fitted wider wheels and tyres, the Scorpion exhaust and most recently a flat bottom steering wheel from Royal. Time to drive it now I think!
