Does anybody have any ideas what the following could be; Kapwing — Create more content in less time (it was the only way I could upload a video). I suspect the brake pads are rubbing against the disc, and a new pair of pads may be required. The pads were apparently low. I’ve previously removed and cleaned the caliper and pads but the noise is continuing. Power steering appears normal.

Thank you @russbif for your quick reply. Do you think I’m right in saying it is the brake pad not fully disconnecting from the disc? It sounds like scraping. (I’m very much a mechanical novice.)
It sounds to me that it is either the pad wear indicator contacting the disc or one of the pad guide plates contacting the disc. If you strip the brake apart there will be a tell tail bright wear mark on the offending part.
