Well only 3 days to go for the biggest OC national rally to date, 25 years of
the Mazda Roadster, that as flown by and 20 years of the club that is growing by
the day.
The competitions are also the biggest they have ever been ,with 50
roadsters from Mk 1’s to Mk 3’s looking to battle it out to win some prizes and
cups with some well known real MX/Roadster stars from around the country judging
those pride and joys that they repair and maintain, everyday like…Carl from CBS
Autos, Gareth the MX5 Restorer, Stephen from Autoline, Julian the DoctorMX5, O
and myself Mazda Mender and sidekicks Chris and Daryl with some of the very
knowledgeable team from MazdaMenders and experienced members of the OC shuffling
the clip boards with judging sheets, oh and we have Roy, you have got to be in
it to win it, we have Ian the polish and trophy king of the OC as head whip
cracker of the judging team.
But it does not end there……
We WILL be
having a nosey at all the hard work that as gone into these pride and joys in
the car parks and on the stands for some prizes too, so get those polishing
cloths out…… it could be you…So be warned we will be on walk about
;0).
Weather looks like it will be shining down on us for this top down day
yyyyeeehhhhaaaa, which always helps, we will also be around for any advice on
the Menders stand with Autolink if anyone fancies a chat, or catch us while we
have a nosey showing owners how to keep the drainage sections all clear on these
babies.
