IanH:
Definitely, yes!
Had an PRHT for 10 months out of the last 12 years of 5 ownership, looking forward to going back to the soft top, it’s part of the attraction for me of the 1.5, going back to basics in a modern package
I’ve always been a big soft top fan but, having owned the PRHT version for a couple of months, I’m completely converted.
My car lives on the street and I often park in dodgy areas of London and the hard top makes me feel much more relaxed. I also hated parking under trees and the associated mess from tree sap and bird droppings. I am really surprised at how much I love the PRHT as I always saw it as a heavy, complicated nuisance before. I’ve added a Smart Top module and would find it hard to go back to cloth - until one day ,way in the future, when I have a garage.

I don’t see why Mazda couldn’t have a folding hard top that is not motorized to save weight.
They already have a patent on such a design. It would ideal as long as it looks good.

Very stylish there Vern .
If I order an ND before December 31st, could I get one of those lovely accessories in white too?!

They take a fair bit of running in! Best stick to the ND!

I presume there’s no ‘right or wrong’ thread?
I’ve posted in that one too, before

The fact the other was dormant for 9 yrs shows it wasn’t being used.
