New here. Have 2012 nc sport tec and of late the central locking has got really sketchy,.. either;
Not arming,
Not locking both doors
Or sort of arming with a door still unlocked.
Any ideas?

Just a thought but have you tried a new battery in the key ?
I have, will try that even tho light in fob appears strong.
It seems to be intermittant…. squirting wd40/BDX in the places water gets into doors helps for a while. Drain holes are clear 
When my central locking played up a couple of years ago (on my 2013 NC 3.75) it turned out to be the door lock actuator.

OH and I seem to remember this green clip doesn’t come with the new actuator so be careful not to break / lose it!!
