Just seen that Ken Stanbury from Northamptonshire area is organising a skid pan day at the Rockingham race track on Sunday 14th December.
They have a special low grip surface so no tyre wear to worry about.
I’ve just signed up, anyone else fancy coming along?

Ooh maybe, I could do with something like that (currently driving my MX like a granny as I’m used to a FWD Yaris!) does this include tuition and such? IS it limited to one driver per car? Bit of a trek from me but probably worthwhile.

I know what you mean, the transition to rear wheel drive can be an eye opener at this thine of year but once mastered its a fantastic feeling.
Price includes tuition and is for two drivers

Awesome, is there a link? I shall speak to the good lady this evening and see what she thinks, she’s not the most confident driver so I think it might really benefit her. I, on the other hand, am a complete prat, and have to remember that if I try to drive the MX like a Yaris I WILL lunch it into a ditch. Which I really don’t want to do.
