We passed a brown sign on the A638 this afternoon for the SKOPOS MOTOR MUSEUM

I cannot find it on web, is it still open?

The article you refer to appears to be originally dated 2009, updated 2013
With the sign still being on a main road I wondered if it had re opened? or do not Council cut backs not allow a man with a pot of brown paint be despatched within 6 years, to change the text on the sign? !
I was hoping for local feed back from possible a member of Ridings.

Hi Burton.

So far as I am aware it has closed down, I tried to visit for a second time late last year and it was all locked up. Quite a shame really as it had some interesting cars, (a lot were on loan from individuals).

Regarding signs, until recently there was one in our village directing you to the local pit which closed in 1989!
