Polished like no other, these parts undergo various intense heating and polishing processes to bring out imperfections in the alloy, resulting in a super smooth, super glossy, glass like mirror finish. Every nook and crannie is reached, no short cuts have been taken here. The casting lines from the moulds are completely smoothed away. Pitting, cast and age related marks are removed without compromising the shape or function.

When swapping cam covers etc it is highly recommended you change gaskets too (swapping some of the hose clips at this point can also be beneficial for future access).

These really are pristinely refinished, by a gentleman with 20+ years trade experience and secrets. You will be hard pressed to find another in the same quality finish. Promised to last 3+ Years in the same condition without oxidizing or fading, all that is recommended for maintenance is the occasional treatment of PoorBoys Metal Polish.

Please do not try to coat or lacquer these, nothing will stick to the finish, nor do they need anything more than mentioned above.
