Hi Everyone,

Many thanks for all the great responses for this one, thus far, as Angie & Ron have put a lot of effort into sorting this fantastic drive for us all, together with a great Sunday Lunch venue (see Post#1) for 30 people (currently) but spaces are limited to 35 people max, so not many spaces left now!!!

Unfortunately, Angie & Ron found the parking in Shaftesbury to be very limited, so the plan is to do the drive via “Zig-Zag Hill” and then drive on to the “Coppleridge Inn” Motcombe, for lunch, and then, if people wish to go back to Gold Hill after lunch, which is only 3 miles away and park up and re-enact the Hovis Advert, they are free to do so and then have a leisurely drive home :grinning:

As Angie & Ron have stated, in the modified text of Post No1, the venue have requested a deposit of £10/head via PayPal, to my PayPal Account, so I can pay the deposit ahead of our visit next sunday :scream: So, please make deposit payments to me by 18:00 Hours Wednesday - remembering the old adage “No Dosh = No Nosh” :grin:

Also, don’t forget to select “Paying Friend or Family” to avoid charges!!!

I spoke to Tina (The Landlady) tonight and she has also requested all Meal Orders to be sent to her, together with any dietary requirements, by Thurs (mid-pm) So, attached to this post are the two menu pages for you to make your choices from.
