Dear All,
We now have 17 MX5’s signed up for this event and we just wanted to remind you that the event runs from 12 noon to 5pm and car movements are restricted after 11:30 am on safety grounds.
So, we will meet up prompt at Hilliers Arboretum at 10:30

There are toilets and a cafe here, so all needs catered for and as we need to be on site for 11:30, the drive from Hilliers Arboretum is only 12 minutes, we will leave the arboretum at 11:15 prompt.

If there are any changes to these timings, once Paul the organiser comes back to us, we will update you all.
