Darren at Wheel Alignment Solutions has come back to me just this morning and has confirmed our visit for the 17th October
Darren has said that it can it be a cash only event, at £40 per car, unless they have a problematic one that needs more time than usual then in that instance they will charge £60, as they normally do for a normal 4 wheel alignment. So, a 33% discount for our members is great.
I am running a list, to track numbers, so, if you wish for your MX5 to be tracked by an expert in the field, please reply to this forum post only and not on our Solent Area FaceBook Page.
The current list, is as follows;
Stephen Payne
Richard (Tug)
Colin (Huggie)
Colin (Overdrive)
Jane Heyer
Mark (Dr Drift)
Paul (Toolman)
8.Nick Grogan
Mal Rowland (Last on the ramp. if time & space)
Full details are given in the following link, to the MX5OC Events Calendar;
Hi Mal.
Definitely put me down for this one please, if only that it gives me more incentive to fit the suspension kit to my car and knock up a few miles before the 17th. Perfect timing.
Many thanks, Colin (30AE)
We are giving this one another push, as I visited Darren at The Wheel Alignment Specialist today, in order to finalise things for our visit.
Both Darren & Russell are poised and ready for our visit on the 17th October - so this coming Sunday (17th October) and they are providing Filter Coffee and Fresh Milk for us and I am going to provide a nice selection of biscuits for everyone
We currently, only have 8 MX5’s that have signed up for this one to date and it would nice to have a few more, so please sign up to this visit if you want your MX5 “Supertracked” on their 3D system and I can promise you, you will definately feel the difference afterwards and also save money, as you will reduce premature tyre wear, due to mis-aligned steering.
Please remember to bring cash on the day, in order to obtain the 33% discount we are being given by Darren & Russell
Hi Mal.
I’m amazed that more people aren’t taking up this offer, as given our broken and pothole infested roads I almost guarantee that most cars, let alone MX5’s, will benefit from having the wheels pointing where they’re supposed to.
My last car, (M140) as it came from the factory was way adrift, particularly the rear. It drove in a perfectly straight line hands off the wheel, but was crabbing down the road. Huge difference after having the alignment done, so much more consistency between left and right hand bends.
Btw Tein flex z fitted and looking forward to Sunday!
