Hi Everyone,
For those that came on todays Breakfast drive, all 35 of you infact, it was great to have so many members along for what we thought was a great way to start a drive.
Many said afterwards, either verbally or via email, that they think the Breakfast Drive Format is a good one, as it leaves the rest of the day clear to do other things. So, expect to see a few more of these in the Solent Area Programme, going forward 
We also hope you enjoyed the scenic route we all drove, apart from having to detour once or twice, due to Rememberance Day services being held in the roads of a couple of villages but that could not be helped and we managed to navigate around them quite easily 
The drive route was 33 miles and about 1 Hour 15 minutes long and finished at In Excess, Landford on the A36 and once there members could avail themselves of the many bargains on offer and also partake in Tea, Coffee and maybe a cake - their Eccles Cakes are absolutely delicious 
It was good to catch up with Solent Members, Sheila & Graham Butler and chat over a coffee
Serena and I took the quick route home down the A36 to the M27 and via Hedge End & Botley to home and were able to get some jobs done around the garden before the light started fading and family turned up for evening meal.
