Hi Everyone,

I have just catching up with a bit of admin, as the thunder & rain is rolling around outside :umbrella:

Please see Post# 1 that has details of the attendees thus far. We currently have 16 cars for this event, which is great :+1:

If anyone notices any errors, in that I have inadvertantly missed them off the list, please reply to this post and I will rectify things immediately.

Hi Andy,

That’s fine, I will add Chris & Helen to the list👍

When each person books their tickets direct via Beaulieu, they send a confirmation email that has the Car Pass and tickets attached.

So, all one needs to do is print the tickets off and take them with them to gain entry, as the tickets and car pass have QR/Bar Codes on them.

I checked my recently booked ticket and is does not include a club pass. Just a single ticket. Is this normal ( ie when scanned they will know where to send us) or should we have separate club passes.
