I have just been talking to Sue (Wessex Area AC) and Sue has suggested that to save any problems with the current roadworks at Redbrigde Roundabout, we meet at;
Morrison’s Spruce Dr, Totton, Southampton SO40 8AD
Morrisons is located just off the A326, from 08:30 onwards, ready for a swift departure at 09:00 prompt. The drive to Beaulieu is about 30 mins, or just under from this point, so a lot easier than leaving from Rownhams.
Park at the back of the car park, close to the “Click and Collect Area” which is well sign-posted and we wil all be gathered there ready to depart 
We aim to be on site at Beaulieu for 09:30, in good time to park up in our allocated MX5OC area
NB: I will have a few copies of the route to Beaulieu with me and will hand them out on the day, at Morrisons.
Although, there will is catering on-site, don’t forget your Picnic Chairs, Picnics and perhaps a Brolly, given the rain that is currently falling as I type this for you all 
Finally, don’t forget your tickets, as they have the Barcode on them that will be scanned on the gate to gain entry to Beaulieu

Hi Tug,
As far as I am aware and can remeber from last year you just need the Bealieu Pass they send you via email and the Barcode Gets scanned on entry.
Marshalls will then direct us to our pitch, which will be signposted, or more like a printed sign saying MX5 Owners Club stapled to a stick

Hi Everyone,
Just this evening I have received an email from Beaulieu with an Area Car Pass attached, that they have requested is printed off and displayed in each car’s windscreen to assist the Marshalls in directing us to our display area.
I am assuming we have all got the same email, so I don’t need to print off passes for everyone.
So, if someone could respond to this post to let me know they have received the same email, it would be appreciated.

No email from Beaulieu to me.
No email/pass received from Beaulieu by me.
Seems Beaulieu expectation is that pass will be shared with attendees by club organisers
Many thanks for the responses and its pretty much what I figured.
I will print out passes for those on my list and hand them out at Morrisons before the drive down to Beaulieu👍
