Hi Everyone,

By kind invitation of The Army Flying Museum, Middle Wallop, we have been invited back to their “Wheels & Wings Event 2026” :+1:

Roger Mead (MX5OC Chairman) and myself have registered for this event and you can also attend by heading over to the MX5OC Calendar HERE, where all the details have been posted there for you to read about the event and register you MX-5 to be on the Solent Area/Mazda MX-5 Stand.

We realise the event is not until next year but having spoken to Sarah, the organiser, today tickets are selling fast and they are already up to just over 100 vehicles in the display area, so be quick and register your MX-5 now!

Hi Everyone,

This is just a reminder that I have heard that bookings for this event have been going very well, to the point that Sarah and her Team, at Middle Wallop, will be closing the event out very soon to any further bookings.

So, the moral of this story is, if you wish to join us at Middle Wallop this year for a great day out, be quick and register your MX-65 for this event soonest!

I have not heard anything to the contrary. However, just go online using the details given in Post#1 and if it let’s you book a place, you will be all set :+1:

Hi Everyone,

As promised, in my reply to Justin in the previous post, I contacted Sarah at Middle Wallop and she has come back to me saying;

“We had to cap the bookings now that we have 400. I have started a list and ask anyone who wishes to be considered in the event of a cancellation, to email me with their car details and photo. I will put them on the list”.

This is such a good and popular event, that they are victims of their own success, so if you wish to go along, please send your car and personal details to Sarah at; event.support@armyflying.com and she will add you to the reserved list.

Wallop Wheels & Wings on the 11th of July - This event is full only if you wanted to be on the MX-5 Club Stand and be a “participant” in the show.

You can probably simply buy a ticket to attend the event as a “spectator”. I will be going as a spectator which means I don’t have to be there from 0800 until 1630.
