Hot off the press…the Calendar post for this event has been updated with the latest information we have for both days at Thruxton Historic and is given at the following link;
We can still take a few more members, so be sure to book your tickets soon to obtain the MX5OC discount, using the information in the calendar post.
Finally, we will rendevous at; Roadchef, Sutton Scotney Services (Northbound), A34, Sutton Scotney, Winchester SO21 3JY - time to be advised, hopefully tomorrow (Tues 18th June) once I confirm timings with Thruxton

I received the email, giving the final details and arrival times, from Elaine at Thruxton late yesterday, just before leaving for the Beach BBQ, as follows;
Hi Mal,
We are looking forward to welcoming your club to the Thruxton Historic this weekend. Please find attached directions, arrival information and car club arrangements for the event.
Up to 11am Tuesday 18th June your club had the following vehicle bookings. This may increase by the event as the club discount is still active to book online up to 2pm Thursday 20th, collect on arrival and join your club parking. Members who wish to book and pay on arrival can use your club discount code at the ticket hut all weekend but if they also wish to park with your club, we ask that they arrive prior to 10.30am.

3 of these are booked to attend both days.
We hope your club members have a lovely weekend at the Thruxton Historic and find time to venture to the infield and experience all the event has to offer on and off track. If you are there on the Saturday, there is a band playing on stage outside the Thruxton Centre in the evening for all to enjoy.

Based on this information , we will rendevous at; Sutton Scontney Services A34 Nothbound (A34, Sutton Scotney, Winchester SO21 3JY) at 0845, ready for a prompt 09:15 departure for the short drive (30 mins) to Thruxton.
