I’m collecting my first MX5 later this week. A mk3.5 in Stormy blue.
Currently it has a mix of tyres. My first plan is to get same tyres all round followed by a 4 wheel alignment check.
Is there anything else I should think about? Low mileage with full Mazda history.
This will be my first ever rear wheel drive car!

On that topic. Is there anything I should be prepared for? I come from years of either 4 wheel drive (Impreza’s and Foresters) or front wheel drive (XR2’s and Mazda 6).
Does driving a rear wheel car require a certain driving style? I can appreciate in the wet that I need to be careful but in the dry? Thanks!
