Our Christmas lunch for 2013 will be held at Bar Gallois in Port Talbot on the 8th December. The traditional Christmas lunch will consist of three courses and is £12 per head. There will be a run beforehand which will be organised by Phil and Glen.

Run will start at Swansea West Services – M4/Junction 47.
Please meet at 10.00am for a 10.30am prompt start.
The run will be around 70miles finishing at Bar Gallois, Aberavon at around 1.30pm.
There will be a coffee and comfort stop on the way.
I have been asked by the venue staff for members’ choices for the Christmas lunch.
The menu is as follows:
Starters: Prawn cocktail, pate, soup, fruit juice.
Main course: Turkey, beef, lamb, salmon, vegetable & cheese crumble.
Dessert: Chocolate cake, strawberry cheesecake, jam sponge & custard, apple crumble, Christmas pudding with brandy sauce.
Can all attending please let me know before the end of the month either by email, telephone or in person as I shall be at the next run and club meeting.

Wow!, you guys have such great weather for the run this morning - as you probably know myself and Tina were a bit groggy first thing (dodgy curry) but a bit of immodium and a few extra hours in bed has sorted us out so we look forward to joining you at Bar Galloise for some frogs legs and escargot to celebrate Christmas at lunchtime
Excellent run into Westish Wales and the Black Mountains today followed by a good Christmas lunch at Bar Gallois in Port Talbot.

Weather was kind to us today. Roof down all the way. Some good views en route.
