Our monthly run is to be held on 19th August due to the Bank Holiday falling on the 4th Sunday. The run is organised by Sharon and Teresa. We will meet at Cardiff West Services junction 33 M4 10.00 for 10.30 departure, then head to Brecon Mountain Railway for 45 min coffee stop. From there we will head towards Talybont then onto Green Meadows Golf and Country Club for lunch.
The menu is as follows:
Starter:
Chef’s Soup of the day served with Roll and Butter
Pate served with Garnish and Toast
Haddock Leek and Cheese Fishcakes served with Garnish and Dill sauce dip
Fruit Juice (Orange, Cranberry or Pineapple)
Main Course:
Roast Beef with Yorkshire pudding
Roast Turkey Breast with pigs in blankets and stuffing
Roast Chicken Breast with chipolatas and stuffing
Roast Leg of Pork with stuffing and apple sauce
Roast Beef & Turkey served every week, other meats may vary minimum of three choices
The above roast dinners are served with a selection of freshly prepared boiled and roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and cauliflower cheese
Vegetable Lasagne or Three Vegetarian Sausages served with chips & Petit Pois or Selection of vegetables
Desserts
Dessert Trolley with a choice of a minimum of three desserts
