This month’s run is organised by Dave and Judith. The run will take place on Sunday 19th March 2017. Please meet at McDonald’s Car Park, Glynneath on A465, SA11 5NZ at 10.00 for a 10.30 start.

The comfort Stop, approximately 45mins, has been arranged at Carreg Cennen Castle SA19 6UA. Tel: 01558 822291. Lunch has then been arranged for 2.15pm at the Ffostrasol Arms, Llandysul. SA44 4SY Tel:  01239851348.

Anybody interested in attend this run could you please let Dave know numbers and lunch choices.

Lunch Main Course: £9.90   Beef / Pork / Turkey.  Vegetarian Options available.

Desserts:  Choice £4.00
