South Wales Sunday Run 26th April 2015

Dave and Lyn are organising this month’s run. The run will start at 10:30 am prompt from Asda, Heads of the Valleys, Merthyr CF48 2YF. There will be a comfort stop at Hay-on-Wye for approx 1 hour around 11:30 am before completing the run at the Clytha Arms, nr Abergavenny NP7 9BW. T: 01873840206. One course £14.50, two courses £18.50, three courses £21.00. The run is 76 miles long. Why don’t you come and join us on the 26th to see what we’re about. We leave at 10:30 from Asda Merthyr and we generally finish our runs at a pub somewhere, this month is no exception with us ending up at the Clytha, nr Abergavenny. Let me know if you’re joining us. I’m actually working in Germany until May 22nd but il try and book a long weekend off maybe, but if I can’t make this months maybe I can come along as of May when I’m back
