The pit stop will be at the Cedar Tea Rooms, Bryngarw Park, CF32 8UU. The run will conclude at the New Tredgar Arms, Cwmtwrch, SA9 2XG. The total length of the run is approximately 63 miles. There will be a carvery lunch with a vegetarian option (nut roast). 1 course £7.95. 2 courses £10.95. 3 courses £13.95.
