I’d love to come along to this if that’s possible? And if I don’t get a fastball from work as usual lol!

Hi Stoksie

Come along and join us, just let Andrew know you’re coming.

Dave

Turns out I’m going away with work Sunday morning till Thursday…what a shock!

Looks like il miss yet another drive and the fish and chip run too

I will come join you guys for a drive someday if it’s the last thing I do lol!

I hope to make it tomorrow, all being well!! Shame its rain forecast!

For any earlybirds, there is another meeting at J47 at 9am.

On the last Sunday of every month, a group originating from Pistonheads website, meet up at 9.00ish, leaving for Crosshands at 9.30, where they have a breakfast meet.

The cars are all makes of performance motor, often seeing Ferrari, Aston, or a Lambo turn up.

Worth the early start for any serious petrol head!!!

Hi keith

Re the PistonHeads meet on the last Sunday of the month. Unfortunately these will regularly clash with our monthly run as the 4th Sunday is usually the last of the month.

I realise your intention is to bring to the attention of members new events eg MG charity run in September etc, however due to the amount of time and effort that volunteer members put in to organise our monthly runs for all the members to enjoy, I don’t think a direct alternative to a club run/meet on the same day and in the same location should be publicised on our website.

Dave

Hi Dave,

I totally agree, the Crosshands breakfast meet is a regular informal gathering, and works well as there’s time to see what turns up, and still get to the club run well before start.

It’s all over fairly quickly.

A few meet in Penllergaer services at 9am before going to Crosshands together. Not many turned up last Sunday due to the rain.

I’ve no idea yet if the MG run is going to clash, and following this slap on the wrist, will not be ‘Publicised on our website’

Keith

Hi Keith

Wasn’t meant to be a slap, hope no offence taken. It’s just that we’ve had similar issues in the past. No issue re the MG run as long as it’s not on the 4th Sunday.
