Frank & Anne are organising this month’s run. Run to start from Asda superstore, Heads of the Valleys, Merthyr 10:00am for a 10:30 am start. Lunch will be at the Alice Springs Golf Club, near Usk. Carvery or vegetarian option £9.95. Starter or dessert £3.00 extra each.
