well i liked it. thought it was a cool spot 
as said, it was at a drift event. (championship/competition) so this car despite having a reg plate is likely used as a drift toy, or at least an enthusiast as the owner was at such an event. if you look at this as a car doing a purpose rather than a highstreet cruiser then it might look more ‘proper’. (same as a track mx5 with big spoilers and bucket seats. its doing a job)

Within civilised limits I think being able to express an opinion is important . The fact our opinions don’t coincide is immaterial . And sense of perspective time - we’re not talking about some Gaza , Trump or other political issue but we’re discussing how a modified car looks on a car club website . You like it and I think it’s hideous . The world will still turn …

To be honest this is what I love about MX-5s and the massively diverse community they attract. Personally I hate that but I absolutely love that someone out there had the idea and thought stuff it, I’m going to run with it
