Spring clip thingies

I know I’ve seen these somewhere but don’ t know what they’re called. Possibly some sort of electrical instrument panel fixing?
A threaded bolt with a ball end instead of a head locates into a tubular fixing and is held by sprung sides. A good pull separates the two.
The application to hold a DIY wooden cover for a heating oil tank outlet, valve and pipe onto a concrete base.

I think I know what you mean. Closest I can find are clips to fasten tarpaulins and similar. Have a look here -
