Steering not straightening after turning

  1. My model of MX-5 is: NC 2007 1800
  2. I’m based near: _Bedford UK
  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: The steering doesn’t fully straighten after turning a corner. I have to make a small but significant manual adjustment to the steering to continue in a straight line. Apart from that the steering feels fine.
  4. I should add that the car hasn’t done many miles in the last 2 years, (less than 1000), I have just purchased it off my daughter-in-law.
  5. Is it worth changing the steering fluid (82000 miles)

Check tyre pressures, suspension geometry and bushes for wear.
