In the ‘MX-5 Chat’ section of the forum, there are some headings that are labelled ‘Sticky’ - what is this all about please ?

They don’t drop down the list as topics with newer posts overtake them hence they are sticky.
Most folders on the forum will have ‘stickies’, they are basically topics/threads that have the most important/useful information in them. Being ‘stickied’ makes them stay at the top of the list and therefore they are easier to find 
…and there was me thinking it was in some way connected with an old toffee. Just goes to show how wrong you can be.
And yes…I’m half way down the hallway enroute to fetch my coat

It’s usually a moderator or admin job.
Have to be careful though as too many sticky topics looks untidy, better to have one sticky topic containing an organised list of links to the good stuff.
