Heat and wd40, Eazi outs? Impact
My experience is a 10mm socket and ratchet makes swift work of any Mazda bolt.
How about another brand rotary tool?
Which bolts are you having problems with? Iβve just removed mine and I had a bad time with most of them. Two on top snapped, all the ones for the lower spoiler, (sport), snapped, I think the only ones that came out properly were the two on the wings. The problem is, you canβt really cut most of them because they get hot and melt the plastics.
thank you everyone. will try wd40 / wrenching (again) / anything / before carefully using me new dremel. last time i was under the car, there were smooth bolts / screws in some places. there was no way to even get a tool on them. what are those? shear bolts?
Please not std wd40! The proper releasing fluids work much better and if you like a diy approach then atf plus acetone works as well if not better. They all need a good soak and potentially 2 or 3 applications over a couple of days to work. That is unless the nuts/ bolts are really well rusted together in which case they will normally shear off.

Definite +1 on this, you need something like Plus Gas which is a proper penetrating oil, or ATF/acetone as Alben suggests, to shift it if itβs rusted in.
For bolts that have had the head sheared off or the corners of the bolts worn down, I find that a bolt extractor works.
Just drill the centre of the bolt head, then using the extractor in a tap and die spanner gently turn the bolt until it comes out. You may need to use some sort of penetrating oil to help loosen it.
good idea, just reading about some of those solutions.
