An excellent run in the sun, so thank you to Steve Young for taking us to the East Coast.

Thank you to the members from other regions who enquired about the run (Gary and Claire sorry you couldn’t make it), and it was good to have guests from Lincolnshire, Chris and Kathryn,  to join us on the day. We hope you enjoyed the run, the chat and a visit higher up the East Coast.

We had enquiries from a couple at the start point, and hopefully we have managed to provide enough information to make you decide to buy an MX5.

It was also nice to have other MX-5 owners meet us at the Wolds village, and hopefully you will join us on a run soon.

Kindest Regards

Hi all. Yesterday we drove up to meet with Yorkshire Ridings group and join them on their Filey run. We were made to feel very welcome right from the start and had a great day, it took us eleven and a half hours from home to home and was well worth it. Big thanks to Steve for organizing a great run on great roads (a least I think they were all roads) and for driving at the “correct” speed at all times. The food at the Honeypot was fantastic. Also thanks to all we met for making us feel welcome. Hope we’re allowed to tag along on another ride very soon.

If anyone is reading this who hasn’t joined the YR on a run yet then you don’t know what you’re missing.

Chris&Kathryn.

Thank you for your comments, I will pass them on to people via our Facebook page and Yahoo group, and also to Steve Young who organised this run.

And of course you are welcome to join us on a run anytime you are back in Yorkshire, we can’t always promise the sun, but always a laugh.

Regards
